Before scheduling
please review the following:
We only see adult patients ages 18 and older
We specialize in hearing tests, hearing loss, and hearing aids.
We do NOT treat ear pain, dizziness, ear infections, or perform ear wax removal. For those concerns, please contact your Primary Care Provider (PCP) or Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) first. We share our space on-site with Kamil ENT.
what to expect after booking
For new patients: After booking, you’ll receive intake forms via text or email from no-reply@sunohearing.com (check your spam folder). We kindly ask you to complete your intake forms the same day they are received.
If your intake forms are not received prior to your appointment, your visit will be rescheduled.
Our patient care coordinators, Liz and Maria, review all appointments and may reach out by phone to confirm details, collect additional information, or reschedule appointments when necessary.
Insurance & Pricing Information
We accept the FOLLOWING insurance plans:
Hearing tests are typically billed to insurance, while hearing aids are often an out-of-pocket expense.
Hearing aid devices with professional care and ongoing maintenance and support at our practice start at $3,500 per pair, depending on lifestyle needs and technology fit. Some insurance plans include a partial hearing aid benefit, and we will gladly verify your benefits and review coverage details with you before any purchase.
